Genomac Holdings is looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager (HRM) to manage HR operations across our organization and subsidiaries. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy implementation.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional with experience managing HR functions for multi-division organizations. As the HRM, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring HR compliance, and developing policies that align with organizational goals. You will work closely with leadership to ensure that Genomac Holdings attracts and retains top talent, while maintaining a productive and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies across Genomac Holdings and its subsidiaries.

• Lead talent acquisition efforts, onboarding, and employee relations.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

• Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.

• Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a BSc/BTech in Human Resource Management or a related field; Master’s or PhD is preferred.

• Significant experience in human resources, especially in multi-division or multinational organizations.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization.

• Proven experience with HR compliance, employee relations, and talent management.
