Genomac Holdings is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Director of Genomac Innovation Hub (G-iHub). In this role, you will spearhead the strategic growth of G-iHub, an innovation hub focused on health tech and broader technological product development. The Director will be responsible for leading a team in tech product management, driving the commercialization of new solutions, and fostering partnerships with startups and industry stakeholders.

This position requires a hands-on approach to managing product development, capacity building, spear heading and overseeing incubation programs, and ensuring alignment with G-iHub’s mission to innovate within the tech and healthcare space. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic operations and development of G-iHub.

• Oversee tech product management and the lifecycle of health tech products.

• Foster partnerships with startups, innovators, and industry leaders.

• Manage startup incubation programs focused on health tech innovation.

• Develop and execute product strategies from concept through to commercialization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a BSc/BTech; Master’s or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Product/Project Management, Innovation Management, Health Tech related, or Business) is preferred.

• Proven experience in tech product management, innovation management, or startup incubation with relevant soft skills

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in health tech or biotechnology is a strong advantage.​
